Orange Sago Jelly

Raw materials are reserved.

Sago, add enough water to boil.

Cook until the core has only a small white spot.

Turn off the heat and simmer for ten minutes, then remove. Too cold boiling water to prevent adhesion.

Sago is placed in the mold.

Put the gelatine slices into cold boiling water.

Remove after soaking softly.

Put the orange juice in the microwave and take it out after 30 seconds. Add the soaked gelatin flakes, mix well, and add appropriate amount of sugar.

Pour the well-stirred orange juice into the mold.
10.
Refrigerate for more than four hours.
