Orange Steamed Egg
1.
Prepare ingredients: one orange, one egg
2.
Orange cut
3.
Scoop out the pulp with a spoon
4.
The orange flesh is scooped out, and some juice is filtered out
5.
Take 30ml orange juice, add 30ml warm water, stir well, set aside
6.
Open the egg and filter out the egg yolk with an egg white filter. Babies under one year old do not eat eggs. They are difficult to digest and prone to allergies.
7.
Use the Obel cooking stick to fully beat the egg yolks and add 60 ml of warm orange juice
8.
Stir well and filter out the bubbles, which will make the eggs more tender
9.
Pour into the orange shell
10.
Cover the lid and steam on the pot. In a pot with cold water, continue to cook for about 15 minutes after the water is boiled, because the oranges will heat up slowly after the crust, and it will take a longer time. You can also pour directly into a bowl and steam
11.
Go abroad. This is the second time I tried orange steamed eggs. It seems to be a success, at least better than the first time.
