Orange Steamed Egg

Prepare the materials.

Cut at the top quarter, and cut a thin slice at the bottom (convenient to stand firm).

Open the egg, add a little bit of cooking wine to remove fishy, and add sugar crumbs.

Scoop out the orange flesh, save a little and put it directly into the bowl, and pour the rest into the bowl, squeeze out the juice, and beat the eggs.
5.
Pour the oranges into the upper pot and steam for 6 or 7 minutes.
