Oreo Chocolate Mousse

Core the Oreo biscuits, put them in a bowl and crush them with a rolling pin.

Put the gelatine powder into a bowl, add two spoons of water to soak, and then dissolve in water, set aside.

Melt the butter and set aside.

Add the chopped Oreos to the butter and mix well.

Mix well and pour into the mold, and compact with the back of a spoon.

Pour whipped cream into a basin and add sugar.

Add a spoonful of chocolate sauce.

Whip the cream until clear lines appear, then slowly pour in the melted gelatin liquid and stir evenly.

Slowly pour the mixed cream gelatin liquid into the mold where the Oreo crushed bottom was spread.

Shake the bubbles gently, then put the lid on and put in the refrigerator overnight.

After overnight, use a hair dryer to gently blow around the mold, take out the mousse, and decorate with Oreo biscuits.
