Oreo Chocolate Mousse

1. Core the Oreo biscuits, put them in a bowl and crush them with a rolling pin.

2. Put the gelatine powder into a bowl, add two spoons of water to soak, and then dissolve in water, set aside.

4. Add the chopped Oreos to the butter and mix well.

5. Mix well and pour into the mold, and compact with the back of a spoon.

6. Pour whipped cream into a basin and add sugar.
