4.
Pour the cold egg yolk into the whipped cream and mix well
5.
Oreo remove the filling, break it up and put it in the cream
6.
Mix well and serve Oreo ice cream liquid
7.
Pour the mixed cream ice cream liquid into the mold
8.
Smooth the surface with a spatula, then put it in the refrigerator overnight (about 5 hours)
9.
The frozen ice cream is taken out and demolded (you don’t need to heat the mold, just take it out, this silicone mold is very easy to demold)
10.
Wash the fruits of all colors and dry them. (Big fruits like pineapple and mango need to be cut into small pieces)
11.
10ml milk with chocolate, melt in water, cool slightly and pour it on the surface of the ice cream
12.
Put the processed fruit in the cavity of the ice cream, put it in a beautiful shape, and you can enjoy it

Tips:
1. When heating the egg yolk, do not heat it with an open flame, because it is easy to agglomerate or burnt parts.
2. Homemade ice cream is very easy to melt. Hot compress for demolding will result in incomplete demolding, so it is better to demold directly. Anyway, this silicone mold is very flexible, and there is no pressure on all kinds of flips.
