Oreo Nougat
1.
Prepare 200g of white marshmallows (I bought them online)
2.
Peanuts, walnut kernels, black sesame seeds total 100g
3.
Roast the peanuts, walnuts, sesame seeds in the microwave until the peanut skins break apart, about three minutes, then remove the skin, use a rolling pin to crush them, and prepare 100g milk powder (forgot to take photos)
4.
The mold is covered with a layer of plastic wrap, and the butter I brushed on it prevents the sugar from sticking to the mold. I didn’t buy the mold specifically, so I just used the baking pan
5.
The marshmallow melts after heating in the microwave for one minute, quickly pour all the prepared ingredients into the quick stirring, this is very laborious, if the sugar hardens during the stirring process, it’s okay, put it in the microwave again, remember that marshmallows can’t Heat it for more than a minute or it will batter. The top is the original nougat, and I also put Oreo cookies below.
6.
Let cool and cut into strips and wrap them in sugar paper
7.
nailed it! It took a long time to make this, oooooo, but it tastes really good
Tips:
1. The marshmallow cannot be heated for more than one minute and it will be mushy
2. If the peanut skin is not good, wait until it is roasted and let cool. Rub it with your hand and blow it and it will fly away. Haha lazy tricks
3. When cutting, don’t wait until it’s too cold before cutting, otherwise it won’t be cut and will break easily.
