I can’t buy gelatine flakes or isinglass powder near my home, but I want to make small pieces like panna cotta or jelly, so I tried to make it with white jelly, it really tastes really good~ I like it. Collection! "

Ingredients

Oreo Panna Cotta (white Jelly Version)

1. Prepare the materials (forgot to shoot Oreo in it~)

2. Pour milk into the pot and heat, add sugar and stir evenly

3. Pour in the right amount of white jelly

4. The milk is boiled, then immediately turn off the heat

5. Pour the hot milk into a bowl with white jelly and let it stand until its temperature drops a little

6. Pour into a clean container

7. When the milk temperature is close to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator

8. Put it in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes and then pour it out (just touch the container and feel cold)

9. Oreo twisted it and scraped off the cream with a knife, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, and smashed it with a rolling pin

10. Sprinkle crushed biscuits, let's start~

11. Sprinkle crushed biscuits on it and decorate it.

12. You can also eat the original flavor without adding biscuits! It's full of milk scent~

Tips:

You can add sugar according to your personal preference. Also, it can be replaced with a small cup mold. It is recommended not to eat too much, it is easy to get tired.
