Xue Mei Niang originated from Japan and was originally named "Da Fuku". It is one of the authentic Japanese desserts. Xue Mei Niang is white and soft, and the first bite is the very smooth ice skin, which is creamy and pleasant. Whipped cream, wrapped in seasonal fruits, sweet and sour, rich in taste. What I made today was Xue Mei Niang. There was no fruit in it. I replaced it with crushed Oreo biscuits. It was black and white, very beautiful. It is made with Xuemei Niang pre-mixed powder, which eliminates the need for matching powder and makes it more convenient to make. Although the package says that you can use boiling water to make the powder directly wrapped and eaten, but I think steaming for a few minutes and then packaging, will steam the unscalded flour, and taste it without the taste of cornstarch."

Oreo Xuemei Niang

1. Pour the premixed powder into a bowl, and pour boiling water directly into it

2. Immediately use a spatula to mix the flour into a dough, place it in a dish, flatten it, and steam it over high heat for 5 minutes and take it out

3. Put on disposable gloves and knead into a smooth dough

4. Divide into 6 equal parts (I divided into 7 equal parts in the picture, and then divided into 6 parts)

5. Use a rolling pin to press into a thin dough

6. Put it into a semicircular mold

7. Crushed Oreo biscuits into powder (you can use a grinder or a rolling pin to form a powder), spoon about 7 grams of Oreo biscuit powder into it, and press it with a spoon to compact it.

8. Whip the whipped cream with sugar over ice water, spoon about 12 grams of whipped cream in, and then flatten it with a spoon

9. Lift 4 corners, lift and pinch, close the mouth down, refrigerate and serve
