Xue Mei Niang

1. Prepare the ingredients and tools you have learned;

3. Then add Xue Mei Niang pre-mixed powder;

4. Stir evenly with a whisk;

5. Put the stirred dough on the kneading pad and spread it with purple sweet potato powder;

6. Here I made 2 medium flavors. This one is papaya flavor. Add green papaya powder and mix well;

7. Then use a rolling stick to knead the dough into a dough. The same applies to the purple sweet potato flavor.

8. Then use a butter cutter to cut the noodles into pieces (the quantity is cut according to the size of your Xuemei Niang's skin);

9. Then add the cream filling we need, according to personal tastes and preferences,
