Original Flavor-grilled Oysters

A moderate amount of shelled oysters.

Use a small brush to clean the sludge on the surface of the oyster.

The cleaned oysters are dried to control the moisture.

Place the oysters in the baking dish, and place two slices of ginger on the bottom of the baking dish.

Preheat the oven at 250°C for 5 minutes and bake for about 15 minutes, until all the oyster shells are open.
6.
The grilled oysters can be eaten after a while.
