Clean the pigskin.

Add some cooking wine to the pot and cook for ten minutes. This step is mainly to remove the fishy, and it is convenient to clean up the impurities in the next step.

Remove the pig skin and let it cool slightly.

Clean up impurities such as pig hair, and scrape off excess grease with a knife.

Cut the cleaned pig skin into shreds.

Put the shredded pork skin into the pot, add a pot of water, and start cooking.

After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium heat and continue to cook.

Boil it until the soup becomes less and more viscous and the heat can be turned off. I cooked it for an hour and a half.

Pour the soup with pork skin into the safe box and place it in a cool place to cool.

It solidifies after it cools, and this is the skin jelly.

Remove the jelly from the mold. You can scratch it with a toothpick or blow it with a hair dryer, or put the crisper in hot water and blanch it, and it can be demolded smoothly.
