Original Portuguese Egg Tart

Prepare all the ingredients, ready-made tart crust, defrost the tart crust before baking.

Beat the egg yolks with fine sugar until the sugar melts.

Add milk and whipped cream in sequence and mix well

Brush in the flour and mix well.

The egg tart liquid is filtered twice with a strainer, and the filtered egg tart liquid is baked out and the surface is more delicate

Put the thawed tart crust on the baking tray. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Pour the egg tart liquid into the egg tart crust. The egg tart liquid should be 9 minutes full, so that the baked egg tart looks good and tastes good enough.

Put it in the middle of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes. Just have a focus on the surface of the tart.
Tips:
1. Defrost the tart crust in advance before baking, so that the baked tart crust will be crispy. If it is not defrosted, the tart crust will not be fluffy and the taste will not be good.
2. Each oven is different, and the temperature is also different. You can adjust it according to your own oven temperature.
