Original Toast

Knead out the glove membrane with the oil method, and ferment it to 2.5 times its original size for the first time.

Divide equally into three parts and roll out into a tongue shape after waking up for 5 minutes.

Roll up from top to bottom and wake up for 5 minutes.

Rotate it 90 degrees and roll it again into a tongue shape.

Roll up.

Put it in a non-stick mold and ferment for the second time until it is 8 minutes full.

The second to last floor of the oven, hot air at 185 degrees for about 35 minutes.
