Original Toffee

Pour the whipped cream, sugar and water syrup into a small pot

Turn on a low heat and heat, the sugar will melt slowly

Tips:
1. The water syrup can be replaced with maltose, and the color of the finished product will be different;
2. The cooking time is only a suggestion. The gas stove I use is the smallest. The softness and hardness of the sugar made in this time length is just right, which is the lightest batch; the longer the time, the darker the color of the sugar made;
