Orleans Roasted Wing Root

Wash the roots of the wing to control the water, and make a few strokes on the roots of the wing (easy to taste).

Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for two hours (take it out and massage it several times during the period to make it more delicious).

Put it in a baking tray lined with tin foil.

Apply diluted honey water on the front. (Honey 2+Clean water 1)

Tips:
1. The marinating time should be as long as possible, and a few knives should be added to the ingredients, also in order to be delicious. My baby was anxious and marinated for two hours.
2. Brushing with honey can make the taste more diversified, and the color of the baked product is more attractive.
3. The saltiness of the baking sauce itself is enough, I didn't add additional salt.
