Osmanthus Sour Plum Soup

It's better to be able to weigh it. If it is inconvenient to weigh, you can match it according to the ratio on my picture. Except for Luoshenhua, the rest can be bought in larger pharmacies (the kind of pharmacies with Chinese medicinal materials), and the supermarkets with larger Luoshenhua generally sell them.

Use running water to wash away the floating dust on the surface of the medicinal materials (note: the osmanthus is not put at this time, and the osmanthus must be boiled before putting it). Just flush it, don't soak it at this time!

Put it in a gauze bag, or put it directly into the pot if you don’t have it (except for iron pots, casserole is best)

Add 3 liters of water and soak for half an hour. Three liters of water are two large bottles of Nongfu Spring, or six bottles of ordinary mineral water. After soaking, turn on high heat and boil, then turn to low heat to keep boiling and simmer for about 40 minutes. Turn off the heat, remove the material package (residue), add osmanthus and 150g rock sugar while it is hot, stir well and let cool naturally. Then put it in a container and put it in the refrigerator~~

All the ratios are obtained through trial and error. The taste of 150g rock sugar, 3 liters of water and 77g medicinal materials is sweet and sour in the mouth. After swallowing, the tongue produces fluid. It's better than any drink! Two mouthfuls poured into my heart in the scorching summer.
