Osmanthus Sour Plum Soup

Prepare all ingredients

Rinse ebony, dried hawthorn, and licorice with clean water, and soak in clean water for 30 minutes

Then boil the soaked ebony plum, hawthorn, licorice, osmanthus and soaking water together

Bring to a low heat and cook for 40 minutes, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar; then cover the pot and cook for another 10 minutes, turn off the heat

After cooling, strain the cooked sour plum soup
