Osmanthus Yam

Wash the yam. The top one is Lutu yam, and the bottom one is ordinary iron rod yam. Identification method: Lutu yam skin is rust red.

Use the peeling knife of nanocera ceramic knife to peel off the outer skin. This knife will not discolor the surface after peeling, and the peeling is very thin and does not waste

Cut the peeled yam into sections with a nanocera slicing knife, and cut each section into 4 pieces

Tips:
Lutu yam can be steamed in 10 minutes, but for the sake of the elderly, I steamed it a little longer to make it more noodles. If you like it crispy, you can boil it in boiling water instead of steaming.
