Oxtail Yam Soup

Thaw the oxtail, wash it, and soak it in clean water overnight.

Make spice bag: star anise, pepper, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, put it in the seasoning bag, wash and set aside.

Blanching water: Wash the soaked oxtail, put cold water in the pot, add the seasoning bag, boil, pour the cooking wine (this time uses Jimo old wine), boil it again, simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

Chinese yam medicine, wash, peel, cut into 5-6 cm pieces, set aside.

After blanching, rinse the oxtail, put it in a pressure cooker together with the yam section, and simmer for an hour. (The seasoning package is not used)
