Oyster Omelette

Scald the oysters in boiling water for 30 seconds and remove them. Add 4 eggs and chopped green onion and mix well.

Pour two-thirds of the oyster and egg mixture into the pan and fry it.

Stir well.

Pour into the pan and fry again.
6.
Heat oil in another pot.
7.
Express the oyster eggs in the pan into the pan and fry the other side.
