Oyster Sauce Spring Vegetables

Split the spring vegetables, soak them in baking soda for 15 minutes, wash and fold them for later use.

Heat up the wok and add oil. When the oil is warm, add spring vegetables.

Stir-fry for about three minutes.
4.
Pour the light soy sauce.
5.
Pour in oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.
6.
Spring vegetables in oyster sauce.
