Oyster Tofu Pot

1. Materials used: dried oysters, tofu, meat, ginger and garlic, cooking wine, etc.

2. Soak the dried oysters for more than 10 hours in advance.

3. Cut the tofu into small pieces and the meat into cubes.

4. Pour a small amount of oil in the pot and sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant.
