Pan-fried Cumin Octopus

Tidy the hairtail, wipe off the water, cut it and set aside

The hairtail is marinated with ginger salt, sugar and rice wine for 10 minutes

The marinated hairtail is coated with cornstarch. Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the hairtail section
4.
Fry until golden on both sides, take out and put on kitchen paper to absorb oil
5.
Sprinkle with cumin powder and serve.
