Pan Fried Fish Cakes

Remove the scales and soup belly of the fish, and wash it. Finely chop green onion and coriander.

Remove the fish. (The removed head and bone can be cooked with sauerkraut).

Add fatty pork and chop into puree, put in a basin and set aside.

Add salt, fish sauce, chicken essence, pepper, flour and cornstarch. In the same direction, add the green onion and ginger water while stirring, and stir until it is strong.

Add chopped green onion and coriander, mix well.

Make isinglass into small round cakes and place in a pan.

Fry until golden on both sides.

According to the taste of each person, it can be dipped in fish sauce or orange oil.
