Dry Fried Octopus

Remove the scales and internal organs of the hairtail, wash and control the moisture, and cut into sections.

Add cooking wine to marinate.
3.
Add 3 scoops of fuel.
4.
Add the right amount of salt.
5.
Add green onion and ginger water, stir well, and marinate for 1 hour.
6.
Prepare flour and cornstarch.
7.
Coat the marinated hairtail with flour, coat both sides evenly, shake off the excess flour.
8.
Fry in a frying pan until golden on both sides.
9.
It's ready to be served.
Tips:
It's best to use a non-stick pan, or you don't use a normal pan, watch it carefully at any time.
