Foie gras is rich in iron and vitamin A, and is an essential food supplement for baby's growth and development. And its special taste and aroma make many babies "love it". Pan-fried French raw foie gras is a top delicacy that can be served in 3 to 5 minutes. French foie gras has a rich glutamate aroma, a silky texture and a mellow taste~"

Ingredients

Pan-fried Foie Gras

1. Cut the hard edges of the toast and cut it in half, and slice the apple.

2. Sprinkle a small amount of salt and marinate the foie gras for 10 minutes.

3. Without oil in the pan, fry the foie gras over medium-low heat for 1 min and turn it over.

4. Put no oil in the pan, and roast the toast until both sides are slightly browned.

5. Turn it over and fry for 1 min, and put the apple slices together.

6. Put the toast slices on the bottom and put the foie gras on it.

7. Put on the apple slices again.
