Pan-fried Foie Gras

Cut the hard edges of the toast and cut it in half, and slice the apple.

Sprinkle a small amount of salt and marinate the foie gras for 10 minutes.

Without oil in the pan, fry the foie gras over medium-low heat for 1 min and turn it over.

Put on the apple slices again.
