Pan-fried Mackerel

Wash the mackerel and set aside.

Add a tablespoon of salt, mix well and marinate.
3.
Turn the oil to a low heat and add the fish.
4.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
5.
Turn it over and fry it twice to make it crispier.
6.
Serve slightly cooler.
7.
Fragrant, crispy and delicious.
