To eat barbecue, you don’t have to be smoky. In fact, the same effect and taste can be achieved by using the existing small appliances in the home. Just like today’s black pepper multi-flavor shrimp, you can use an electric baking pan or a home pan. To do it, I strongly recommend the electric baking pan, because the high temperature of 37 degrees, the feeling of being by the stove, I don't mention you also know.

Ingredients

Pan-fried Multi-flavored Shrimp

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Remove the shrimp floss with a toothpick, this step cannot be omitted.

3. Cut the onion into thin strips and set aside.

4. Put the processed shrimp and onion in the fresh-keeping box, add salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs.

5. Shake well and mix well

6. Put it in the refrigerator and marinate at low temperature for more than half a day.

7. Skewer the marinated shrimp with bamboo skewers.

8. Preheat the electric baking pan in advance.

9. Brush the preheated baking pan with oil.

10. Spread the onions evenly over the bottom of the baking pan.

11. Stir-fry and spread again, and put the skewered shrimp on top.

12. Use a brush to apply a layer of cooking oil on the surface of the shrimp

13. Brush the marinated shrimp broth onto the shrimp in batches for better flavor

14. Turn the bottom frequently until the shrimp is completely discolored. In this process, the baking pan can be covered or left on.

15. Finally, grind the surface of the shrimp with a layer of black pepper, turn it over, and grill it before serving.

Tips:

1Please decide the amount of black pepper according to your own taste. I used a small spoonful of Italian vanilla

2Because the sea prawn itself has a slightly salty taste, the salt should be used appropriately.
