Shrimp and Vermicelli in Clay Pot
1.
Clean sea prawns (any kind of prawns are fine)
2.
Remove the shrimp thread and shrimp silk; marinate with appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes
3.
Mince pork belly, shred broccoli, shred red pepper
4.
Put a little oil in the pan and fry the prawns. When frying, press the head of the prawns to force out the prawn oil
5.
Stir fragrant ginger and garlic with the shrimp oil in the pan, add minced meat, red pepper and shredded broccoli and stir fry
6.
Fish out the soft soaked fans (the fans don’t have to soak for too long, they are delicious if they are a little tough)
7.
Put the vermicelli in the pot, add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce, stir fry evenly
8.
Add the fried prawns and simmer for a while (about 3 minutes)
9.
Stir evenly, sprinkle with coriander before serving
Tips:
The purpose of putting broccoli is to match meat and vegetables, which is more healthy and nutritious; and the other is to prevent the vermicelli from sticking to the pot.
