Prawns in Tomato Sauce

Wash the prawns first.

Cut off the shrimp silk.

Make a knife on the back of the shrimp, and then pick out the shrimp line.

Then add appropriate cooking wine, pickle to remove fishy.

Tips:
1. Be sure to remove the shrimp silk and the shrimp thread, and make a knife on the back, the prawns are easier to taste.
2. I prefer the taste of prawns in tomato sauce with sweet and sour taste. If you just like the taste of sour and sour, you can add tomato sauce without adding sugar.
3. The stir-fried sea prawn itself is a bit salty, so don't put too much salt in it. You can leave it for the light taste.
