Pan-fried Tofu

Prepare the raw materials.

Cut scallions into diagonal strips.

Cut the tofu into 1 cm thick long cubes.

Tips:
Love: You need to be patient when frying tofu, and fry slowly, otherwise it will become mushy. If you like spicy food, add some chili oil, which is also delicious. I like the bean smell of the nose, so I try to put as little seasoning as possible.
