Pan-fried Wonton
1.
Heat the pan, put the wontons and fry them (3 dumplings are also placed)

Fry until the bottom of the wonton is slightly yellow (pictured)
3.
1 small handful of flour and water and mix thoroughly (about 5 to 1)
4.
Pour into the pot, cover and cook on low heat
5.
The batter is about to dry, sprinkle with chopped green onion, cover and cook for a while, then it will be out of the pot

Use a small fire throughout
