Papaya Snow Clam

Choose 10 grams of dried snow clams

Soak for about 12 hours, change the water every few hours in the middle, add ginger slices and soak together to remove the fishy smell

After removing the impurities, drain the water and put it into the stewing pot, add rock sugar, add a small amount of water ginger slices

After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and simmer for an hour

Add the papaya coconut milk and heat it up and enjoy it!
Tips:
The sweetness and taste can be blended with ginger according to personal preference. I personally think that it can add more to remove the fishy taste.
