My son has a bad cough recently, and the medicine has no effect. Maybe the weather is too dry and the air quality is not good. The doctor said that there are many people with allergies this year. I simmered papaya and snow fungus a few days ago. My son had less cough after eating and felt better. So yesterday, I simmered a big pot again. "

Ingredients

Papaya Snow Fungus

1. Soak the snow fungus with water, remove the roots, and wash.

2. Soak apricot and Chuanbei in water for 30 minutes. (I'm afraid of preservatives or something.)

3. Put snow fungus, southern and northern apricots, chuanbei, and rock sugar in a small soup pot, add water to a boil, and simmer for 1 hour.

4. Peel the papaya, the seeds and the white tendons (this bitter) inside, and cut into small pieces. (This papaya is so sweet, I ate it while cutting it.)

5. Add the papaya and continue to boil for 30 minutes.

6. It moisturizes and nourishes skin, resolves phlegm and relieves cough.
