Autumn Chestnut Snow Fungus Chicken Soup

Prepare the ingredients, soak the snow fungus with water a few hours in advance

Use a knife to flatten the red dates
3.
Boil chicken and lean meat in boiling water to get rid of the bloody smell

Put the meat, red dates and ginger slices into the soup pot with water

Chestnuts to be nucleated and clothed
