Pasta with Okra and Garlic

Prepare the required ingredients in advance

Put the okra after the water boils, blanch for 30 seconds, remove it and set aside

Boil a pot of hot water again, add the pasta after the water boils

Tips:
One special thing to note when making pasta is that if you want the noodles to keep the texture and freshness, you must not use cold water, but mix a little olive oil or cooked corn oil. If the dough is cooked too much, you can add olive oil and let it air dry before taking it to refrigerate.
