Pasta is a very chewy noodle. This is because of its legal raw material. Duran is the hardest wheat variety. The original imported Oliviera classic pasta not only has a pure Italian flavor. It also has the characteristics of high density, high protein, high gluten, etc. The whole body of the pasta made with it is yellow, resistant to cooking, and has a good taste. Then we have a little trick when cooking, that is, we must add a teaspoon of salt when cooking the noodles. The amount is about 1% of the water. If this step is omitted, the flavor of the noodles will be greatly reduced! Of course, adding salt can also make the texture of the noodles firmer and more elastic. Everyone has their favorite brand. Ou Li Wei Lan is the best pasta in my opinion. His noodles are made very professionally. The thickness of the noodles is distinguished by the model. I like to eat 5# noodles. The thickness of the noodles is right. It's very good for me. Now that the weather is so hot, I want to eat something light, let’s share with you this Italian-style pasta, okra-garlic pasta. "

3. Boil a pot of hot water again, add the pasta after the water boils

4. Add a teaspoon of salt, cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, remove and set aside

5. Pour olive oil into the pot and saute the minced garlic over low heat until fragrant

6. Pour in the spaghetti and fry for about 30 seconds

7. Add okra and fry again for 30 seconds

8. Finally add black pepper, pizza straw and salt to taste

9. After stirring evenly, you can enjoy it out of the pan

Tips:

One special thing to note when making pasta is that if you want the noodles to keep the texture and freshness, you must not use cold water, but mix a little olive oil or cooked corn oil. If the dough is cooked too much, you can add olive oil and let it air dry before taking it to refrigerate.
