Spaghetti with Garlic Shrimp and White Sauce

1. Prepare materials. Cut the asparagus into sections, press the garlic into garlic paste, remove the prawns and remove the prawn heads.

2. Make the white sauce first. Heat a small pot to melt the butter, add flour and stir well. Turn off the heat, pour the milk and fresh cream, and stir until it is even and thick.

3. Pour olive oil in a wok to heat, add garlic to a low heat, and fry until fragrant.

4. Add shrimp heads and stir fry until fragrant.

5. Add the shrimp and stir fry together until the shrimp meat changes color. Remove the shrimp meat.

6. Pour water and thick soup (or stock) into the pot. boil.

7. Add Oliviera Classic Pasta, cover the pot and cook for about 10 minutes until the noodles turn white and soft.

8. Add the asparagus, pour in the white sauce, and stir well. Sprinkle with salt and crushed black pepper to taste. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with parsley leaves and cheese powder for garnish.
