Pea Yellow

Wash the peas, drain them, add an appropriate amount of water and soak for 4 hours.

Peel the pea skins. After washing, put it in a pot, add water to a boil, the amount of water should be 4-5 cm under the peas. Remove the white foam that floats during the boiling process. After the water is boiled, turn to medium heat and continue to cook until most of the peas are blooming and crisp.

Stir the steamed peas with a whisk, preferably through a strainer. Add white sugar to the pea paste, heat in a pot, stir constantly, simmer until thick, and the pea paste becomes a semi-solid.

Pour into the mold refrigerator and refrigerate for 4 hours, remove the mold and cut into pieces, and then you can eat.
