Spiced Marinated Peas

Prepare dried peas, star anise, cinnamon, Chinese pepper, and dried red pepper.

The peas are slightly soaked in cold water.

Star anise, Chinese pepper, dried red pepper, and cinnamon are packed with tea.

Wash the peas, pour into a casserole, add an appropriate amount of cold water, and put in the accessory bag.

Put the casserole on the stove, boil on high heat and marinate for 45 minutes on low heat.

Add salt and cook for another 5 minutes.

Marinated peas can be eaten by soaking them in brine.
