5. Gelatine tablets are soaked in cold water to soften

7. Insulate water, stir until completely melted

8. Pour into the cheese paste

9. Stir well

10. Put the cornmeal angel cake into a 6-inch live mold and arrange the peach meat

11. Pour the cheese paste

12. Take out after solidification

13. Demoulding,

14. Put grapes, sweetened peach flesh and green leaves on the surface for decoration

Tips:

You can also use an electric whisk to beat the cheese

Do not soak gelatine tablets in hot water.

Gelatine flakes can also be replaced with isinglass powder.

When demolding, use a hair dryer to blow on the outer wall of the mold for a while, and it can be demolded well
