Peacock Steamed Fish

Clean up the bream.

Cut off the fish head and tail, and then cut the fish body into fillets of even thickness, leaving the belly side not to be cut.

Add appropriate amount of salt, rice wine, vinegar and ginger slices, spread evenly and marinate for 20 minutes.

Shred ginger, slice garlic, mince green onions and set aside.

Put the marinated fish on the plate and set it up.

Put ginger, garlic and chopped pepper on top, top with appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce and light soy sauce, and steam in a steamer on high heat for 15 minutes.
7.
After steaming, drizzle with hot oil and sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.
