Peanut Cream

Put the peanuts in the water, turn off the heat after boiling, and peel off the skin of the peanuts.

Put the peeled peanuts into the blender, put in the milk, and beat them together to form a slurry.

Pass the peanut milk through a sieve, put the remaining peanut dregs into the whisk again, pour 250ml of water, beat again, and then repeat the above action.

Put the peanut pomace in the whisk again, add the last 250ml of water, and beat again. Then mix the peanut pulp that has been beaten three times.

After the peanut milk is boiled on high heat, turn to low heat, simmer for 10 minutes, and add sugar.

If you have a soymilk maker, you can also use it to make this hot drink.
