Pearl Milk Tea

Prepare brown sugar, water, sweet potato starch,

Bring water and brown sugar to a boil on low heat, pour in half of the starch in a small amount several times, turn off the heat and pour in the other half of the starch.

Knead it into a non-stick dough, cut it into a grid,

Tips:
1: Tapioca starch should actually be used to make pearls. For a while, I had to use sweet potato starch instead. The last picture of the finished picture is made of tapioca starch, which is absolutely delicious for fried chicken!
2: I don't put much granulated sugar on this side. If you like sweet, you can add it according to your own taste.
