The biggest advantage of making your own bread at home is that you don’t need to add any additives or preservatives. You can also use milk, eggs and noodles to make the finished product sweet, delicious and healthy. This time I used Guiyi pure milk and noodles, and added cheese to make round buns, which are cute and delicious.

One Milk Bun

1. Pour the normalized milk into the kneading bucket.

2. Add an egg, white sugar, salt, and yeast, and mix well.

3. Pour the flour and mix well with chopsticks.

6. Prove the dough to double its original size.

7. Grab a small piece of dough and wrap it in a piece of mozzarella cheese.

8. Reunion into a round shape.

9. Drip peanut oil into the round baking pan.

10. Put the prepared buns on the baking tray.

11. Waking up again for about half an hour.

12. Turn on the baking tray and turn the bread from time to time until the bread is golden brown.
