Most of the milk tea shops in my house use the powder directly to drink it. It has a strong non-dairy cream flavor, so I should make it at home. Although I really want to cry when rubbing the pearls, it is at least healthy. I made it last night. This morning my eldest nephew took it to school with a thermos mug to drink haha"

Pearl Milk Tea (with Pearl Method)

1. Weigh the water and brown sugar.

2. Weigh tapioca starch.

3. Heat the water and sugar in a pot to boil.

4. To this extent.

5. Add tapioca starch.

6. Stir with a spoon.

7. Knead into a ball.

8. Wake up for a while after kneading it like this.

9. Roll into a cake, cut into strips and cut into small pieces.

10. Tuan into small balls.

11. Sprinkle tapioca starch to prevent sticking after a part of the dough.

12. This is what it looks like after all the pearls are rolled.

13. Use a sieve to sift out the excess tapioca starch.

14. This look is fine without too much excess tapioca starch.

15. Boil Ceylon black tea with water.

16. Add milk and cook for 5-6 minutes.

17. Put the sieve on the bowl.

18. Strain the milk tea and gently press the remaining black tea with a spoon.

19. Boil water in the pot.

20. Put the pearls in and expand it.

21. There is rose jam in the cup.

22. Add pearls and pour milk tea.

23. Finished picture.
