Peelable Jelly-orange Jelly

Wash the oranges and cut them in half

Put the pulp on the juicer to squeeze all the juice out

Remove all the remaining peels inside and keep the outer peels

Strain the squeezed juice

Add 5 times the amount of water to boil the isinglass powder and adjust evenly

Put the juice in the small pot on the stove, add a little sugar, and melt it on a low fire

Pour in isinglass powder and mix well

Pour into the peel and let cool

Wrap in plastic wrap

Put it in the refrigerator for 6-12 hours

Take out the frozen jelly and cut into four pieces with a knife
Tips:
1. The isinglass powder needs to be boiled with 5 times of water first, and then adjusted with water in a ratio of 1:20
2. The boiled juice can be left to cool before being poured into the peel. I just pour it in first and then let it cool, but the juice has shrunk in the peel
