Tips:
Making bean curd is mainly to master the ratio of lactone and temperature control. The bean curd I made this time is made by using a soymilk machine to make two-thirds of the soymilk, and adding a teaspoon of lactone to make it. In order to keep warm, I use a steamer to boil the water and turn off the heat. Put the prepared and stirred lactone soy milk into the pot and cover the lid to keep it warm. It will be ready for more than ten minutes!
