Perilla Plum
1.
Pick a large plum without trauma, wash and dry
2.
Add salt and knead, this step is called finishing, you can remove the fluff and taste
3.
After finishing, press the plums with a heavy object to let the plums come out of bitter water and salt water. This is the plum that has been pressed for a day
4.
Keep pressing it for four or five days, turning it over halfway
5.
Pour out the salt water and take out the plums to dry for a day
6.
Put a layer of sugar and a layer of plums into a glass jar (wash the perilla and knead with salt, this step is not shown), put the perilla and rock sugar on top, cover the lid and let the sugar slowly melt and penetrate
7.
It can be eaten in half a year, and you have to open it halfway. If it is not sweet enough, add rock candy
