Persimmon Ruyi Dried Fruit Bread

Prepare the ingredients

Preheat the oven to 170˚C, put butter on the baking pan, and bake the walnuts on the frying pan until golden.

Remove the handle of the persimmon, cut into pieces with a knife, and puree it in a blender.

Put 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon vanilla in a mixing bowl, pour in persimmon puree and butter.

Add 2 tablespoons of baking soda, 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder and mix well, then add 3 cups of flour and stir until blended.

Add the walnuts and raisins and stir evenly, pour them into the baking tray and bake for 45-50 minutes, insert a toothpick in, and pull out. If it is clean, it means it is baked. Cool to room temperature.
