Pickle Gnocchi

Peel the carrots and cut into thick strips

Put the dried plums in some cold water and cook for five minutes

Then add carrot sticks and cook for two minutes for later

Add flour to an appropriate amount of cold water and mix into a non-grainy paste

Then prepare a pot of hot water, and add a spoonful of batter with a spoon

Add all the batter to the pot and boil

Then add it to the pot with dried plum and vegetable soup, sprinkle some chives and it will start the pot.
Tips:
I cook the noodles and plum dried vegetable soup separately, the soup is more refreshing
